Your experience as a serving member of an Australian Police Service/Force or Australian Defence Force may be extensive, or just commencing.
You may be a current or former police officer, a current or former member of the Australian Defence Force or a police/military support staff member. Regardless, the roles and tasks performed everyday can now be converted to Nationally Recognised Qualifications.
Qualification levels available range from Certificate III to Advanced Diploma.
Qualification categories include Justice, Government, Management, Security and Risk Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Business, Investigations, Legal Services and Training and Assessment.
NEW QUALICATIONS COMING SOON:
Government: Certificate IV in Government, Certificate IV in Government (Statutory Compliance) and Diploma of Government.
Justice: Certificate II in Justice Services, Certificate IV in Justice Studies and Diploma of Justice Studies.
Management: Diploma of Project Management.
OH&S: Certificate IV and Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety
Driver Training: Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics (Road Transport - Car Driving Instruction)
Business: Certificate III in Business Administration
RPL process explained:
The RPL process is not where you just buy a qualification. It is a formal and well known Government assessment process where recognition is provided for those who have the knowledge, skills, previous education and training that satisfy the criteria for each unit within one or more qualifications.
We have identified that police officers and military personnel are well qualified candidates for a high level of recognition towards a range of relevant qualifications.
